What format do we need from you?

Ideally, please provide us with a 3D model in STEP format. Alternatively, PDF drawings may also be used.

How do I order a Fixtures?
  1. Transmission of your data
    You send us a 3D file or a technical drawing as the basis for the design.

  2. Creation of the CAD fixture
    Based on your data, we design a CAD fixture that is required for the subsequent testing.

  3. Simulation
    The fixture is tested virtually to ensure functionality and feasibility.

  4. Coordination with you
    We discuss the simulation results with you. Any necessary adjustments are defined together.

  5. Manufacturing of the fixture
    After your approval, the physical fixture is manufactured.

  6. Physical measurement
    The manufactured fixture is measured to verify compliance with your specifications.

  7. Start of testing
    Once the measurement has been successfully completed, the actual testing phase begins.
