Are there parking facilities on site?

Our parking area is located opposite our main building. A parking space will be reserved in advance for each participant. 

What payment options are available?

Following the seminar, participants will receive an invoice, the amount of which can then be transferred. 

Are there any discounts?

We generally do not offer discounts. However, please feel free to contact us separately regarding this matter. 

Is there public transportation?

From Hanover Airport, take the S5 train to Schieder station. From there, the best and easiest way to reach Phoenix Testlab is by taxi. Please contact us in advance to book a taxi. 

How do I register for a seminar?

You can easily register via the registration link of the relevant seminar. 

Alternatively, you can also send us an email.

Until when can I cancel my registration?

A written cancellation is possible free of charge up to 21 calendar days before the start of the seminar. After that, 50% of the seminar fee will be charged. From 7 calendar days before the start of the seminar, 80% of the seminar fee will be charged.

In the event of non-attendance or cancellations on the day of the seminar, the full participation fee will be due.

Of course, a substitute participant can be named free of charge up until the start of the seminar.

Do participants receive a certificate afterwards?

Yes, upon successful completion, each participant receives a final certificate.
