Registered Certification Body – Japan

Products placed on the Japanese market must comply with national radio and telecommunications regulations.

Testlab is recognized as a Registered Certification Body (RCB) under the EU–Japan Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA).

We are authorized to issue approval certificates for:

• Specified Radio Systems (Radio Law)

• Telecommunications Terminal Equipment (RCB TTE)

This enables manufacturers to obtain Japanese certification directly through Testlab. All required testing for Japan can be performed in our laboratories or in partner laboratories recognized by Testlab, ensuring an efficient and coordinated certification process.

Japanese approval requires precise alignment with national technical standards, correct certification procedures, and structured documentation.
