Environmental Simulation

Environmental simulation testing is used to provide technical verification that products, assemblies, or materials meet specified environmental requirements within defined test parameters (e.g., temperature, humidity, vibration, shock, corrosion, radiation). These tests enable the reproducible evaluation of behavior under standardized or application-specific stress profiles and deliver objective, reliable test results.

Throughout their lifecycle, all products are exposed to a wide range of natural or artificial environmental influences. The environmental simulation tests we perform replicate these conditions under controlled and accredited laboratory environments in order to identify weaknesses at an early stage. This supports robust product development, reduces production risks, and helps ensure long-term reliability and compliance.

Environmental simulation testing is conducted in accordance with relevant national and international standards (e.g., DIN, ISO, IEC) under controlled and accredited laboratory conditions to verify the environmental resistance, reliability, and compliance of products throughout their entire lifecycle.
